Meet the Rivial Team

Randy Lindberg

Founder and CEO

After serving as an officer in the U.S. Air Force, Randy Lindberg moved to Boise, Idaho to become the Information Security Manager at a $4 billion financial institution. Soon after, Randy’s reputation for innovation and dependability gained national recognition.

Randy was selected to design the first enterprise IT risk assessment project for the state of Florida, performed a cybersecurity risk assessment on the country’s largest pharmacy application, and later designed and built Quantivate’s Advanced IT Risk Management software.

Lucas Hathaway

Operations Manager

Lucas Hathaway began working for Rivial while pursuing his Business Management degree at Eastern Washington University. While working at a small coffee shop in his college town, Lucas was recruited by Rivial founder, Randy Lindberg, who quickly realized the potential that was behind all those killer decaf lattes.

After working in security for five years, Lucas became one of the youngest people in the country to earn his CISA certification. Lucas is an integral part of the Rivial family, and constantly pushes the bounds for what a modern, dependable, and holistic approach to information security can look like. Along with being the coordinator and the man who turns the wheel for the whole operation, Lucas is also a two-time Grammy nominated audio engineer.

Robby Stevens

Marketing Manager

Robby Stevens, upon graduating with a degree in Literature, did what most others with a similar degree do–immediately jumped into another field of work.

After working as a videographer for numerous music videos and film projects, Robby transitioned into a full-time marketing position at Rivial Data Security. There he's been able to use his creative and writing talents to add some flavor to the information security landscape. Part of the Rivial Family since October of 2017, we look forward to seeing the growth Robby can contribute to our company.

Keaton Tanzer

Business Development Manager

Upon completing school, Keaton Tanzer moved from Eastern Washington to Salt Lake City, Utah with an offer from the Ken Garff Automotive Group. There, Keaton earned the honor of Salesman of the Year––the youngest person in the history of the company to receive the award.

Keaton’s engaging charm and undeniable charisma  launched him into a management role with Vivint, where he oversaw thousands of accounts and numerous employees. Here, Keaton also esteemed himself with awards of excellence and became known for his caring and transparent relationships with clients and customers. With Rivial since 2017, Keaton is now best known for shaming the rest of his Rivial family with his punishing drives and precise putts out on the golf course.
